This photograph was falling to pieces when it came to me pressed between the pages of a magazine. This is what I consider to be "very bad" condition for a photograph. Restoration of such a photo requires several hours (3-5) of work at an intense magnification. However, the result can be beautiful. Here, in addition to restoring the photograph, I added color and recreated a nicer background, to suit this beautiful young lady at her Prom in 1950.
